Entertaining Filmmaking Training

If you are interested in our Entertaining Filmmaking Training you should know about the conditions and all details of the program.

Of course, you should collect the whole team who will be the staff and the crew. Remember: one team must have a maximum of 20 people. If you have more friends and you think one day is not enough, it is ok to make two groups, but in this case we talk about two separate programs of two days.

Location is a very important part of the program. You and your team will spend a whole day (and perhaps one night) at this place, so it should be comfortable, calm and last but not least suitable for shooting. We offer to choose a hotel, motel or similar places. Hotels have turned out to be a perfect choice as we experienced, you can use the rooms, the corridors, the swimming pools, etc., and it could be a proper background for any story. It is sure that after the program nobody wants to go home at once, so it can be a good idea to invite a DJ to make a dance or karaoke party. Of course it is your decision, we finish our work by presenting the film on screen, and giving the awards to the winners.

Your task is to organize and fix:

• Our traveling to the place you stay, booking the flight tickets, etc.
  
• Accommodation and catering of your group and the crew.
  
• Booking the place of the program. We need a big, light room to hold the training and some other ones (indoors and outdoors) for shooting.
  
• For the evening premier you need a DVD recorder, a large-screen televison set or a video-projector (normally hotels can provide them), and an amplifier with loudspeakers or a Home Cinema System for the real cinema experience.
• If the language of the training is not English you should provide an interpreter.
• A DJ if you want to have a party after the show.
• Anything else for your needs.
  

By now you must have found out that we are Hungarians, and of course somehow we have to get to the place of the training. In theory we can travel anywhere in the world, but we recommend our program to take place mainly inside Europe.

Our task is:

• To provide the expert team for the training, it usually makes three people.
• To provide the whole technical equipment for shooting and editing (DV camera and cassettes, editing computers, soundtracks).
• To provide costumes and properties such as toy-weapons, etc.
  
• To greet and inform the participants about the program and the timetable.
• To lead and help them with writing the script keeping the deadline of 2 hours.
• To take photos of the group for the DVD cover.
• To record the movie working together with the Director and the group within 3 hours.
• To make a werkfilm during the shooting and master it on DVD.
• After shooting to do the post-production including editing, choosing the soundtrack, in short to put the final film together by 9pm.
• To make the DVD cover and master the film on DVD you get finally.
• To make proposals about the Oscar-awards.
• To provide the Oscar-Awards as real-like ones.
  
• To hold the Oscar-Award Ceremony (you as the leader of the group can get involved as a speaker, if you want).

The language of the film accords with the participants' language. The language of the program is English (it can also be Hungarian of course), if you have problems with it, you will need an interpreter.

Of course. But you should organize them on days right after each other. We are ready to hold the program from Monday to Friday, each day, for different groups. But providing the accomodation and catering for the group and our crew is your task, do not forget about it!
